Reliance Webworld Showrooms Closed

Reliance Mobiles brought revloutionary changes in Indian Mobile usage. They made mobiles affordable, and available to everyone. 

But offlate there customer base started dwindling for various reasons. Now they are closing their Webworld and retail stores in Hyderabad  (not aware of other cities ).

It is now very difficult to find a reliance mobile outlet to get a sim replaced, pay bills and almost near to impossible to get a new wireline connection or a broadband connection from reliance. In this competitive environment where Idea and Airtel are opening more and more outlets to come near to customers and to cater better, Reliance is closing even their existing showrooms, by way driving its customers to migrate to competitors, in a way they are committing suicide in Hyderabad mobile market.
